Foundation Training Center

Since its establishment, the National Foundation for Services for the Disabled has played a prominent role, in accordance with the principle of partnership with the governmental, private and private sectors, in integrating people with disabilities, activating their community participation and achieving full equality for them.

At the beginning of last year, the Board of Trustees decided to amend the vision, mission, and goals to keep pace with the changes, which led to the launch of our new initiative, the first of its kind, national and Gulf, which was represented by the "Foundation's Training Center," which reflects our endeavor to develop the Foundation's work departments through training on scientific foundations and benefiting from successful regional and international experiences in this context.

The center provides its services to families of disabled people and staff working in the field of people with disabilities, in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, through integrated plans of workshops and training courses, in cooperation with specialized trainers around the world.

The center aspires to have a global standing in providing training services characterized by creativity, diversity, and the use of all modern technologies to benefit the largest target sector. Its mission is summed up in: "Improving the quality of life for all categories of disabilities in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries by providing trainers capable of achieving these goals."
